The purpose of the relaxation massage is to calm the body and put it in a state of relaxation. This is an excellent form of therapy for almost everyone. Therefore, relaxing massage works well both in the states of physical fatigue – for example after prolonged sports effort and mental fatigue – after a hard day at work or experiencing a stressful situation. It is a very delicate procedure, carried out in a calm atmosphere that allows the patient to break away from problems and relax fully.

Back massage is a simple massage that uses classic techniques. I’m using various types of touch with varying intensity (such as stroking, pressure, kneading or patting). It leads to relaxation of tense muscles. This type of treatment is neither extremely pleasant nor painful. It just relaxes perfectly and makes us quickly feel relief.
